Our relaxing and refreshing Scenic River Float Tour is a perfect introduction to the beauty and wonder of the Sonoran Desert. Desert rivers are a favorite foraging area for bald eagles, coyotes, wild horses, mule deer and desert bighorn sheep. Rugged mountains fill the background as we journey downstream between towering saguaro cactus and shady mesquite groves. Strangely beautiful plant and animal communities, unique to the desert southwest, provide us with abundant photo and learning opportunities. Our guides share their extensive knowledge of the interesting and colorful history of the area, discuss the native plants and animals that you encounter along the way, or simply keep a watchful eye during a spirited water fight.
